• All sailing must be confirmed in 48 hours prior to departure as minimum

Cancellation Policies

If after confirming the ferry reservation, passengers need to cancel the service, our company will charge the following amounts, according the dates prior to cruise departure.  All cancellations must be sent via email to our office.  Days are “working days”:

Between 60 and 45 days before ferry departure               30% of the total amount

Between 45 and 30 days before ferry departure               50% of the total amount

Between 29 and 20 days before ferry departure               80% of the total amount

Less than 20 days before ferry departure                    No refund applied

 

There are no refunds for portions of the program not used, hotel accommodations, OR FLIGHT RESERVATIONS.
We recommend considering Travel Insurance for any reason.
