Important

Cruise begin every Saturday al midday. All passengers must to be on board unless one hour before the departure.
Transfers from and to the Airport in Puerto Montt ARE NOT INCLUDED
Additional Embarkation Boarding Taxes: U$ 25 per passenger.
Program and rates are subject to change without any previous notice.
Excursions and programs describes in this itinerary can normally be carried out. However, without prejudice to the aforesaid, the Company reserve the right to reschedule shorten or alter all or part of itineraries and/or excursions without previous notice, in order to safeguard the well being and safety of passengers, preserve the environment or due to the extraordinary circumstances, acts of god or force major. In view of the same reasons, the hours of departure or arrival of the vessels may be subject to change.
There is an additional rate of U$ 170 per passenger if you would like to request the additional night of Friday.

Cancellation Policies

If after confirming the cruise reservation, passengers need to cancel the services, our company will charge the following amounts, according the dates prior to cruise departure. All cancellations must be sent via email to our office:
