Catillo is a thermal center located 15.5 miles from Parral and 34.1 miles from Linares. It is 320 meters above sea level with a landscape related to terrains previous to the mountain range area with dense vegetation.
Catillo has wide facilities and outdoor pools with thermal waters, open for the hotel clients from December to April.
Its thermal waters are advisable for people with stomach, respiratory and nervous disorders and the treatment of rheumatism, arthritis, especially kidney stones and fine sands.

Around Catillo you can practice hunting, fishing, excursions and mountain activities.

To visit the hotsprings and the south shore of Colbún Lake is a 84.5 miles journey from Linares, most of it on paved roads, to finish at the Panamerican highway heading north or returning to Linares.
